Exploding pens...that's actually pretty creative. Take an everyday nuisance and blow it up on a huge scale.

Fullmetal Alchemist is definitely one of the best animes I've seen in a LONG time, but I think the concept of the show is what most people find most appealing.

fma offers an array of wonderfully developed characters as well!

The show has its setbacks though, as almost all shows do. The plot can become a bit tedious at times.

But dood, FMA rocks my socks.

This is so funny because when i heard of this movie (long time ago), i hunted Frank Miller down too. i haven't seen it yet though. You guys are saying that the cinematography is really good but hows the acting and the plot? i know they bunched in like three different graphic novels but how do they flow along with each other?Also, since there are all these famous actors on this project, the acting shouldn't be very disappointing. the budget on the film must be pretty high!! i hope its not disappointing. do u guys think its worth seeing in the theaters for?
